Can you tell us about your project planning process?
First, we will schedule a time with you for a walkthrough over the phone or email. If you have any pictures or plans to send us ahead of time we will review them before our visit. During our site visit, we will assess the scope of work, services, access, timelines, and readiness and discuss what to expect during our work, and answer any questions you may have. After our visit, we will provide a quote within 2-3 days.
What site services does Select D&D offer?
Tree protection, silt fencing, site cleaning, rough grade work, excavation.
Can you assist in the disconnection of utilities or plumbing prior to deconstruction?
All utilities must be disconnected before the project starts. To make things easier for you, we offer extra services included in our bid to assist with HVAC/plumbing disconnects, tree protection, and silt fencing. These services are completely optional but are provided for your convenience and project efficiency. We will discuss these services with you during the planning phase.
